Our Policies

Southwest Seating & Rehab Ltd (SWS&R) aims to work as efficiently and in the most ethical way possible. Like all private businesses we must make a profit to remain in business.

However, we feel this must not be done at the needless expense of our environment, our staff and the people and organisations we deal with.

Our Labour Standards Policy Statement can be found here:

We offer a fair and trustworthy alternative to our competitors.

We appreciate the trading positions of our suppliers and endeavour to pay them on time and do not aim to profit by malice in any way.

We adhere to all relevant Employment and Health and Safety legislation. We are registered with the MHRA who oversee the regulations concerned with the manufacture and supply of Medical Devices.

We employ people not on the basis of sex, creed, race, beliefs or age, but on the basis of their suitability for the role.

We do not discriminate with a business or individual in anyway and will not work with organisations and individuals that do.

We encourage home/remote working for staff and partners.

We are determined to limit the effect our actions have on the environment as a company and individuals.

We avoid waste, damaging the environment and use recycled materials where possible whilst encouraging staff, partners and suppliers to take greater responsibility and understanding for their own environment. Where possible we use and encourage the use of fairly traded goods.

We work in partnership with our suppliers and associates to comply with all regulatory requirements at a local, national and European level.

We support a range of charities each year and welcome contact form local charities in need of sponsors.
